Sarri Calls For Resolution on Hazard's Contract Situation
It is "time to decide" the future of Chelsea forward Eden Hazard, says blues manager Maurizio Sarri.
The 27-year-old Belgium international, who bagged his 100th goal for the English club in Wednesday's 2-1 Premier League win over Watford, said he wants to become a Chelsea 'legend".
Eden Hazard, whose contract will expire in June 2020, has been linked with a summer move away to Spanish giants Real Madrid as the Belgium international has always shown interest in the club, after disclosing that his child hood dreams was to play for the Spanish based club "Real Madrid".
Chelsea head coach Maurizio Sarri insisted that Chelsea "have to solve this problem".
When asked whether he expects Eden Hazard to remain a Chelsea player in the long term, he said:
"I don't know but I think that it's time for the club to decide.
